1-day, 3-day and Exhibit Floor Only passes are sold both onsite/at the door the weekend of the event and online at .
VIP passes are only sold online.

What does CTNX stand for?

CTNX is short for the Creative Talent Network animation eXpo. Hosted by the Creative Talent Network dedicated to putting “the talent” center stage.

Where can I park?

There is free street parking and CTNX discounted parking with validation at the Marriott for $9.00.

How do I get to CTNX?

CTNX is directly across the street from the Burbank Airport and Burbank Amtrak Train Station and easily located by freeway.

What is CTNX @ Nite?

The sun goes down and the lights come up from 7pm-Midnight when for no additional fee you can enjoy some face time with your peers and pros. Our networking lounge is complete with atmosphere, full bar and light snacks.

What if I’m interested in exhibitor and sponsorship opportunities?

We have many options from full sponsorship packages to individual show element exclusives as well as exhibit and advertising space starting from as low as $350 to promote your talent and your marketing objectives at the most exciting “new” event of year, the CTN animation eXpo 2013. Artist Exhibitors and Vendors

How do I get my profile on the website and what is the deadline?

Please send in a picture or company logo, bio and some images of what you plan to showcase. Even if you were with us last year please email us your updated information.
Image/Logo: 185 wide x 166 tall @ 72 Pixel Resolution
Artwork: Any size @ 72 Pixel Resolution

Bio: Microsoft Word Document .doc file (no pdf’s please).

Please use this file naming convention: firstname.lastname. jpg or firstname.lastname.doc. If you are sending multiple files use firstname.lastname01.jpg etc.

As an artist exhibitor how do I participate in the demonstration sessions?

Last year, the artist demonstration stations were the hit of the show – as both an educational element for attendees and marketing tool for you. Please let us know your interest and availability in demonstrating your skills and indicate which medium you will be using. Demonstration Stations are without sound and last approximately 45min-1hour projecting your work and process through out the venue as if we were eaves dropping on you while you were sitting in your studio or office.

Do I get a page in the event program?

Your participation includes a 1/2 page in the event program.

Do I need a sellers permit?

If you are selling anything, please fill out this downloadable sellers permit form and fax to 866 375 0431 or email to register@ctnanimationexpo.com. Your temporary booth number is CTNX2013.

If you do not already have a sellers permit you will need to register through the California Board of Equalization either in person, online or by mail. http://www.boe.ca.gov/info/reg.htm

What is the exhibitor meet and greet and when is it?

CTNX is a community not just a show. We meet during the event to have some face time with other participants and takes place in the VIP speaker / exhibitor lounge.

Move In/Move Out

Move in hours:
5pm-10pm Thursday, November 20
8am-11:30am Friday, November 21

Because the show has a lot of lighting and decor your specific move in time will be sent to you.

Move out hours:
5:01pm – 10:00pm Sunday, November 23.

All exhibitors must remove their property prior to 10:00pm on Sunday evening. Please note: no early move outs will be permitted. Please plan your schedule accordingly.

Is there help available to unload my car and bring stuff to the booth or table? How much do they charge?

Yes. We will have Delivery Joe’s services once again to assist exhibitors with moving their displays into their tables and booths. Again, there is no charge for this service. They will also be back to assist exhibitors with move out.

Delivery Joe Policy
Delivery Joe will unload your personal vehicle and take the contents directly to your booth or table, on a first come, first served basis. They will also be around after the show closes to assist with move out. This cartage service is compliments of Show Management. Please note – the Delivery Joe staff are not permitted to assist exhibitors with decorating their tables or booth. Once your vehicle is unloaded, please move it from the loading area and park it in the lot, so the Delivery Joe staff may assist other exhibitors. Show Management assumes no responsibility or liability for this service.

What comes with my table or booth?

Your table or booth comes with a specific amount of all access passes – good for all 3 days of the show and all the panels and seminars. These passes are non-transferable.
Tables =  2 full 3-day passports
Booths = 4 full 3-day passports

If you wish to purchase staff exhibit floor only passes:
* 1-day passes $25 each limit of 6.
* 3-day passes $50 each limit of 4.

Table sharing is allowed for up to 1 extra person per table for an additional sharing fee of $35.00
New Talent Table sharing is allowed for up to 1 extra person for an additional sharing fee of $115.00.

Is there a way to exchange 3-day passes to 1-day passes?

This can be arranged ONLY in advance of the CTN-X on or before October 15th, by contacting info@creativetalentnetwork.com.

VIP Lounge:

This is open to all exhibitors, speakers and demonstrators so you can take a break, have some coffee and snacks and say hi to the staff. Must be wearing your exhibitor/speaker badge.

Booth Buddies:

Booth Buddy Policy:
Exhibitors must have their tables or booths fully staffed during show hours. Booth Buddies are volunteers who will watch your booth or table so that exhibitors may go see a panel or workshop or simply take a break, grab some lunch, etc. They are available for no more than 2 hours, once daily on a first come, first served basis. There is no charge for this service. Show Management assumes no responsibility or liability for this service.

Need to take a lunch break? Want to attend a panel or session? Booth Buddies are available to come and sit at your booth for one hour. Booth buddies are provided first come, first served basis. Please do your best to ask for a Booth Buddy the morning(s) before they are needed so we can try to accommodate everyone. There is no charge for this service.

Raffle Prizes:

We are not offering a Raffle in 2014.

Bag Inserts:

If you are providing bag inserts, they are due to the CTN-X offices no later than October 1st. You must call first and let them know your are coming.

Parking:

Exhibitor packages include parking for 1 car for 3-days to those exhibitors with a car. This can not be exchanged for cash and is non-transferable.

Can I ship my products to the show?

1) If you are staying at the Marriott hotel, they can ship items to themselves c/o the Marriott Hotel, “Attn: Name, Hotel Guest”. But NOT to CTNX, or to the Marriott Conv. Ctr., Actually ship to yourself as a hotel guest. The address is: Los Angeles Marriott Burbank Airport Hotel, 2500 Hollywood Way, Burbank, California 91505, Phone: 818-843-6000.
2) If the Exhibitor is “not” staying at the Marriott hotel, please check your exhibitor packet for shipping instructions.

Will there be internet available?

Yes. Complimentary Wifi is provided for exhibitors.

Will I have electricity at my booth?

Yes. Electricity is included in the purchase of your exhibit space.

Will there be any security??

Although CTN does provide the services of a reputable protective agency during the period of installation, show, and dismantling, all Expo Participants are fully responsible for their own security. Expo Participants wishing to insure their goods against theft or destruction must do so at their own expense.

Does CTN provide any set up assistance?

Yes but we advise everyone to secure their belongings as the event management is not responsible for or liable for missing or stolen items.
