Mitchell Bernal has created art for Disney Feature Animation, Imagineering, and Disney Pictures for 15 years. His credits include Beauty & the Beast, Aladdin, The Lion King, Fantasia 2000, Mickey’s Philharmagic & Enchanted. He is the creator of Skelanimals, “Dead animals need love too,” a brand that has garnered a following of collectors
with clothing, toys and accessories in specialty stores in the U.S.A and high end boutiques in Italy as well as the rest of the world. Through his alias Senti, he has created a line of pinup art influenced by the great pinup artists of the past and has modernized it by integrating the graphic and design sense of modern art and animated art of today. His new book entitled “My Germ-Free Bubble Pets go camping,” illustrated by Martin Ansolabehere (art director of “Fosters Home of Imaginary Friends”) will be available for retail this year as well as a book two of Skelanimals. He is currently directing and art directing a series of shorts cg and flash for his brand Skelanimals.
Help me welcome successful toy designer Mitchell Bernal to CTN-X where he will share his experience and knowledge and speak directly to you on how he created the successful toy line Skelanimals. After the presentation we will retreat to the “Shop Talk Lounge” to carry on the conversation and have Q+A.
