Andrew Bosley Concept Artist and Illustrator
I grew up with a pencil and paper in my hands. In grade school, I thought I was good. In high school, I thought I was pretty hot stuff. In college, I learned that I was horrible, but if I worked hard enough, I might have a shot. I attended San Jose State University, where I studied painting, color, perspective, figure drawing, character design, and story development. In 2005, I interned at Hallmark Cards and, in 2006, I graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Illustration. Later that year, I took a job as a concept artist at Ubisoft/Red Storm. While there I worked on many projects including Ghost Recon: Future Soldier, Assassin’s Creed: Brotherhood, Driver San Francisco, and helped develop several upcoming new IP’s. In June of 2013, I left Ubisoft and moved to Arizona to pursue a career as a freelance illustrator and concept artist. When I am not working, I’m usually spending time with my beautiful wife and kids, dreaming up children’s books, mountain biking, and playing soccer.
