When asked What is the most important quality for someone wanting to work in this profession?
“If you want to stay employed, I think the most important thing is being easy to work with. Don’t throw fits, don’t carry around your ego, don’t argue all the time. Hit your deadlines and do your work. Be reasonable and nice and compromise and get along with people. If people like to work with you, you will always have work.”
