Stu Livingston — Cartoonist, Storyboard Artist
Stu Livingston is a Los Angeles based cartoonist and storyboard artist working in animation. His comics have appeared in several anthologies including “Flight,” “Popgun” and “Explorer: The Mystery Boxes.” In 2011, he wrote and illustrated his debut book “The Table,” a collection of short stories about friendship and growing up in Bakersfield, CA.
As a storyboard artist he has produced work most recently for “Futurama,” and at many studios including Cartoon Network, Walt Disney Animation, Warner Brothers, Fox and more. He has also taught life drawing and gesture drawing at CalArts and the Concept Design Academy.
He continues to draw for money in a small house in Eagle Rock with his cats and his laundry.
