1. How do I Sign In ?    
  1. Go To: https://eventregistration.ctnadmin.com/ and Click on “SIGN IN” in the top right of the screen.

2. Forgot your password?    
  1. If you forgot your password you can retreive it by using the “Forgot Password” function.

3. How do I change my password?    
  1. We recommend that you change the password to something that you will remember. To do this click on “Change Password” in the navigation bar and it will let you set up a new password.

4. Where do I find my show tickets?    
  1. Once signed in click on “My TIckets” in the navigation bar and you will be taken to the My Tickets page that will show you what you have purchased.

5. How do I change my Badge information?    
1. For the Event 2015 Exhibitors. Go to "My Tickets", click on "Edit Badge" link.
2. You will be taken to the badge details page and here is where you will fill out what information you would like to have on your badge.

3. For the extra badges all you need to do is fill out the persons Name and Email and an email will be sent to them letting them know you have given them a badge. If the person you are sending a badge to is another artist that will be sharing your table or booth space be sure to click the check box "This person is sharing my exhibit space as an artist". This will tell admin to add that persons name to the signage and give them a profile on the www.ctnanimationexpo.com site.

4. The system automatically puts the user's information in for the first badge on each registration type. If you have purchased more than one registration type (ie a corner table and a table) then for the first badge under one of the registration types click the box that says "Check here to share this badge with someone" Then just enter that persons name and email and the badge will be sent to them.
